Ingredients

  • 2 full round steaks, trimmed of all fat and cubed
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the cubed round steaks in a heavy pan and stir until browned.
  2. Add beef broth and cook for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours until meat is tender.
  3. Steam broccoli, diced celery, and diced carrots until slightly crunchy.
  4. Dice green onions and add minced garlic.
  5. Add vegetables to the meat once tender, then sprinkle with soy sauce.
  6. Serve with fried rice.
