Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with juice
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and add enough water to make 2 1/4 cups liquid.
  2. Combine the rice and beef mixture with the liquid in a casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
