Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can tiny green peas, drained
  • 16 oz. can French-style green beans, drained
  • 16 oz. can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • small can pimento, drained
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine drained peas, French-style green beans, white Shoe Peg corn, chopped onion, chopped celery, and drained pimento in a large bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, vegetable oil, white wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat the mixture until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Pour the hot dressing over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
