- Cook oysters in their liquor until their edges curl.
- Add milk, cream, margarine, salt, Worcestershire sauce (optional), paprika, and pepper; heat until hot and margarine is melted.
- Pour the mixture into a casserole sprayed with Pam, reserving about 3 cups of the milk mixture.
- Add cooked potatoes and oyster crackers to the casserole.
- Roll Bisquick biscuits very thin, like pie crust, and place on top of the casserole as a crust.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) until the crust is golden brown.
- Serve topped with some of the reserved liquid for added flavor if desired.
