Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon pound supreme cake mix
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 box lemon instant pudding mix
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract flavoring
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 box 10x powdered sugar
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Sift cake mix, self-rising flour, and lemon pudding mix into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add sugar to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and then add to the dry mixture along with lemon extract flavoring, milk, and oil.
  4. Mix until the batter is consistent and smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool before removing from the pan and glazing if desired.
