Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice, cooked
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 3/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion and garlic in melted butter until fragrant and translucent.
  2. Add the sautéed onion and garlic to the cooked brown rice and mix well.
  3. Beat the egg and milk together in a bowl.
  4. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the rice mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Add grated cheese and chopped parsley to the mixture and stir evenly.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 45 minutes.
