Ingredients

  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 Tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg seashell macaroni
  • 1 (8 oz.) sliced Provolone cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute onions in melted margarine until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef or turkey to the pot and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in spaghetti sauce, stewed tomatoes, mushrooms, and garlic salt. Mix well and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Cook seashell macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
