Ingredients

  • 1 can sweet green peas, drained
  • 1 can white whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small jar pimento, chopped
  • 1 can chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup grated medium Cheddar
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 package Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix the drained green peas, drained corn, cream of celery soup, chopped pimento, chopped water chestnuts, chopped onion, and grated Cheddar cheese together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted margarine.
  4. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
