Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, half the chopped peanuts, and margarine until crumbly.
  2. Stir in the beaten egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Press into the bottom of a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  5. Beat in condensed milk, 2 eggs, sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
  6. Add remaining teaspoon of vanilla and mix well.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining chopped peanuts on top.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until set.
  10. Cool and cut into bars.
