  • 8 Tbsp. shoyu
  • 8 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 to 8 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 to 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped cilantro or Chinese parsley
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
