Ingredients

  • 2 cups baked pork and beans
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 well beaten egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mash the baked pork and beans and mix with the peanut butter, salt, pepper, minced onion, beaten eggs, and milk until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into an oiled loaf pan and smooth the top.
  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 1 hour.
  4. The top should be just like a cake when done.
