- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Brown pork chops in 1 tablespoon of hot oil in a skillet.
- Remove from skillet and place in a baking dish.
- Saute onion and celery in margarine in a small skillet.
- Combine bread cubes, poultry seasoning, celery salt, and 1/4 cup water; mix lightly.
- Shape the dressing into mounds on top of the pork chops.
- Coat potatoes with oil and place around the chops in the baking dish.
- Combine soup and 1/2 cup water; pour over the potatoes and pork chops.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, or until the meat is tender.
