Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. uncooked ground ham
  • 1/2 lb. ground lean pork
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. Watkins onion seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. Watkins cloves
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix bread crumbs, evaporated milk, slightly beaten egg, Watkins onion seasoning, Watkins cloves, and brown sugar until the crumbs absorb the milk.
  2. Add ground ham and ground lean pork to the mixture and stir only to blend.
  3. Pack the mixture into a loaf pan and bake in a 325°F (163°C) oven for 1 1/2 hours.
