Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt or buttermilk
  • 1 cup pears, peeled and sliced thin
