Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups narrow noodles, crushed
  • 1/4 pound margarine
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the crushed noodles in margarine.
  2. Add rice and brown with the onion, mushrooms, and green pepper.
  3. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add chicken broth gradually and steam for about 30 minutes or until done.
