Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, parsley flakes, egg, milk, chopped onions, and bread crumbs in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls and deep fry until golden brown.
  3. Drain the meatballs on paper towels to remove excess grease.
  4. Melt grape jelly and chili sauce together in a saucepan.
  5. Add the fried meatballs to the sauce, simmer for a few minutes to coat and heat through.
