- Combine Swiss cheese (mixed with flour), chopped ham, and chopped green onions, and spread on the bottom of the unbaked pie crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs well. Add salt, pepper, dry mustard, and nutmeg, then mix to combine.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese, ham, and green onions in the pie crust.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for about 45 minutes, until the center is puffy and nicely browned.
