Ingredients

  • unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped ham
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine Swiss cheese (mixed with flour), chopped ham, and chopped green onions, and spread on the bottom of the unbaked pie crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs well. Add salt, pepper, dry mustard, and nutmeg, then mix to combine.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese, ham, and green onions in the pie crust.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for about 45 minutes, until the center is puffy and nicely browned.
