- Blend well until mixture is smooth and cohesive.
- Shape the dough into a roll about 2 inches wide and 8 inches long.
- Wrap the dough roll in plastic wrap and chill well or freeze.
- Once chilled, shape the dough into 1-inch balls (about 24).
- Place each dough ball in ungreased miniature muffin tins.
- Press the dough against the bottom and sides of the pans to form shells.
