Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1 cup flour
  • 5 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup half and half cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Accent

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, oleo, and flour in a mixing bowl.
  2. Blend well until mixture is smooth and cohesive.
  3. Shape the dough into a roll about 2 inches wide and 8 inches long.
  4. Wrap the dough roll in plastic wrap and chill well or freeze.
  5. Once chilled, shape the dough into 1-inch balls (about 24).
  6. Place each dough ball in ungreased miniature muffin tins.
  7. Press the dough against the bottom and sides of the pans to form shells.
