Ingredients

  • 1 (10-inch) baked pie crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) package Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimento
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • dash of white pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Combine cream cheese and milk in a saucepan and stir over low heat until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the cream cheese mixture to the beaten eggs and mix until well blended.
  4. Saute chopped onion in margarine or butter until translucent.
  5. Add the cooked onion, chopped ham, chopped pimento, chopped green pepper, and pepper to the egg mixture; mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into the baked pie crust.
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the quiche is set.
