Ingredients

  • 6 c. cucumbers, sliced thin
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 c. sweet peppers
  • 1/3 c. salt
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed

Instructions

  1. Mix cucumbers, onion, and peppers together.
  2. Add salt and cover with cold water.
  3. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Drain before using or freezing.
