Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 large package Cool Whip
  • 1 (3 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (3 oz.) package instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and margarine until crumbly.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  3. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the crust.
  4. Bake at 350°F until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  7. Add sugar and mix well.
  8. Fold in one package of Cool Whip.
  9. Prepare vanilla and chocolate pudding mixes with cold milk according to package instructions.
  10. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  11. Spread the vanilla pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  12. Top with remaining Cool Whip and chocolate pudding layer.
  13. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
