Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small jar pimiento
  • 1/4 small green pepper
  • 1/4 small onion
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large red or green pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dice the green pepper and onion.
  2. Process the diced vegetables until finely chopped.
  3. Process the cream cheese and sharp Cheddar cheese until fluffy.
  4. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce to the cheese mixture.
  5. Pulse in drained pimiento, chopped green pepper, and onion until well combined.
  6. Serve the dip in a hollowed-out red or green pepper, accompanied by raw vegetables and crackers.
