A creamy, fruity pudding layered with bananas, pineapple, vanilla wafers, and a rich vanilla-flavored custard, perfect for summer gatherings or family desserts.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • bananas
  • vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Put eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, flour, and butter in a blender. Blend for 1 minute.
  2. Pour the mixture into an iron skillet and cook over low heat until thickened to the desired consistency.
  3. Place a layer of vanilla wafers in the bottom of a dish, then add a layer of sliced bananas and some drained crushed pineapple. Pour some pudding mixture over this.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of wafers on top.
