Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 6 pieces bread, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Cream the sugar and melted butter together.
  3. Add the beaten eggs to the sugar and butter mixture.
  4. Stir in the undrained crushed pineapple.
  5. Add the bread cubes and mix well.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
