Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 (8 1/4 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, very well drained
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 4 tablespoons confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, cream the cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in drained pineapple, half of the chopped pecans, green pepper, onion, confectioners sugar, seasoned salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf on a plate.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate to let flavors meld.
  6. Can be frozen for later use.
