Pirate'S Pie

- Beat the eggs slightly and add them to the separated chunks of tuna.
- Add sliced mushrooms and chopped parsley.
- Place the mixture in the bottom of a well-greased 9-inch pie tin.
- Top with tomato slices and three slices of American cheese.
- Prepare the mashed potato mix, using half a cup less liquid than the package directions call for.
- Spoon the mashed potatoes over the cheese layer.
- Cut the remaining cheese slice into narrow strips and arrange them on top of the pie in a wagon wheel spoke design.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are lightly browned and the cheese melts.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot, garnished with parsley and/or paprika.
