Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (shells, rotini or elbows)
  • 1 can pizza sauce
  • Canadian bacon
  • 1/2 pound cooked ground pork
  • pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • small green pepper, diced
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 3 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  3. Pour the cooked pasta into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and spread evenly.
  4. Carefully spoon pizza sauce over the pasta, like spreading a pizza.
  5. Top with Canadian bacon, cooked ground pork, pepperoni, chopped onion, diced green pepper, sliced mushrooms, and black olives.
  6. Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Optional: Broil the last 2 minutes to brown the top.
  9. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
