A savory, cheesy pizza roll filled with mozzarella, pepperoni, and mushrooms, baked to perfection. Perfect for a quick snack, party appetizer, or casual meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • pepperoni
  • mushrooms
  • pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Roll out the thawed bread dough on a floured surface.
  2. Mix melted butter with oregano and brush over the dough.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms evenly over the dough.
  4. Roll up the dough lengthwise and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Place the rolled dough seam-side down on a cookie sheet.
  6. Brush the top with the remaining butter/oregano mixture.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Cut into slices and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
