Pizza Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

  • 7 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 stick margarine
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Melt 1 stick of margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Toss cooked, drained spaghetti in melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Layer 8 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese over the spaghetti.
  4. Add drained sliced mushrooms on top of the cheese.
  5. Arrange pepperoni slices over the mushrooms.
  6. Pour spaghetti sauce over the pepperoni and top with remaining 8 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  9. Let rest for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
