- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix tomato paste, tomato sauce, parsley flakes, oregano, basil, garlic powder (if using), and a dash of salt to create the sauce.
- Spread the sauce evenly over each tortilla.
- Add your favorite toppings such as black olives, chopped onion, mushrooms, and green pepper.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses over the toppings.
- Place the prepared tortillas on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot.
