Ingredients

  • flour tortillas
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 6 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of salt
  • black olives
  • onion, chopped
  • mushrooms
  • green pepper
  • grated Mozzarella cheese
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix tomato paste, tomato sauce, parsley flakes, oregano, basil, garlic powder (if using), and a dash of salt to create the sauce.
  3. Spread the sauce evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Add your favorite toppings such as black olives, chopped onion, mushrooms, and green pepper.
  5. Sprinkle grated mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses over the toppings.
  6. Place the prepared tortillas on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot.
