Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimento
  • 8 oz. cooked noodles
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet; add chopped onion and cook until tender.
  2. Stir in milk, cream of mushroom soup, and cream cheese; cook until well blended.
  3. Add cooked noodles, drained whole kernel corn, chopped pimento, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat through until hot and serve.
