Plum Strawberry Bread

Instructions
- Combine raisins, brandy or grape juice and enough water to cover raisins in a saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer, then cool and drain.
- Grease and flour three 5 x 9-inch loaf pans or muffins.
- Mash or chop strawberries.
- Combine strawberries with remaining wet ingredients and stir.
- Combine with dry ingredients and mix well.
- Divide the batter evenly among the pans.
- Bake for about 1 hour.
