Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 zucchini
  • 1/2 lb. Polish sausage (kielbasa)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Dice the garlic, onions, and kielbasa; sauté in 1 tablespoon of oil until onions are tender.
  2. Add the thinly sliced zucchini and sauté until tender.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and stewed tomatoes to the skillet.
  4. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and serve.
