- Put raisins, nutmeg, cinnamon, honey, molasses, oil, and water in a pot and boil for 3 minutes.
- Allow the mixture to cool.

- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
