Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Layer the pork chops, sliced potatoes, and sliced mushrooms in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  2. Pour the envelope of dry onion soup and 2 cups of water over the top.
  3. For a richer broth, add another envelope of onion soup and one more cup of water.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 2 hours.
