Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 cans onion soup
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 medium tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In large skillet, heat oil.
  2. Add pork chops, three at a time, and brown well on both sides.
  3. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add green pepper to the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove green pepper and set aside.
  6. Stir in flour; cook and stir for 1 minute.
  7. Blend in onion soup and Worcestershire sauce.
  8. Bring to boiling point.
  9. Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon sauce over them.
  10. Cover and simmer until chops are tender, about 1 hour.
  11. Stir in tomatoes and sautéed green pepper.
  12. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes longer.
