Juicy pork chops simmered in a savory onion and green pepper sauce with tomatoes, perfect for a hearty and flavorful family dinner.

- In large skillet, heat oil.
- Add pork chops, three at a time, and brown well on both sides.
- Remove and set aside.
- Add green pepper to the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Remove green pepper and set aside.
- Stir in flour; cook and stir for 1 minute.
- Blend in onion soup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to boiling point.
- Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon sauce over them.
- Cover and simmer until chops are tender, about 1 hour.
- Stir in tomatoes and sautéed green pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes longer.
