Ingredients

  • 1 small can sliced pineapple
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 pork chops

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops; drain excess fat.
  2. Place a slice of pineapple on top of each chop.
  3. Mix pineapple juice, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, cloves, lemon juice, chopped onion, and salt to make the sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chops and pineapple slices.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
