Pork Cutlets(Dinner)
Savory pork cutlets simmered in a rich tomato and wine sauce with herbs, olives, and green beans, perfect for a hearty family dinner or entertaining guests.

Instructions
- Cut pork into cubes.
- Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a Dutch oven until hot, then brown the pork cubes.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the meat onto a plate.
- Saute the minced garlic in the same oil for 3 minutes.
- Add drained Italian plum tomatoes, meat juices, chicken broth, white wine, dried thyme, and oregano to the pot.
- Put the mixture into a casserole and bake, covered, for 1 hour.
- Add sliced Greek olives and green beans, stir, and cook for another 45 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with hot rolls and a salad.
