- Combine crab meat, shrimp, chopped celery, minced green pepper, minced onions, mayonnaise, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Place the mixture in a well-greased casserole dish.

- Pour the melted butter evenly over the corn flakes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes.
