  • 1 large can sauerkraut
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 3 medium yellow onions
  • 6 carrots
  • 3 Tbsp. Wesson oil

  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice pork loin into 2-inch strips.
  2. Slice potatoes thickly.
  3. Slice yellow onions.
  4. Peel and slice carrots lengthwise.
  5. Brown pork in oil with salt and pepper to taste over medium/low heat.
