Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground pork
  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 5 large potatoes
  • 2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except potatoes, in a large pan.
  2. Cook on medium heat until the meat is done.
  3. Boil potatoes in salted water, then drain.
  4. When the meat is cooked, add the potatoes and mash them together.
