Ingredients

  • 2 (32 oz.) bottles catsup
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 3 pods garlic or 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 3 bottles water
  • 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Strain the sauce to remove solids.
  4. Serve hot or cooled, as desired.
