Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup rice, uncooked
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon savor salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine egg, ground beef, chopped small onion, chopped bell pepper, uncooked rice, savor salt, and salt in a pressure cooker.
  2. Seal the pressure cooker and cook for 15 to 20 minutes under pressure.
  3. Release pressure carefully and open the lid.
  4. Pour the small can of tomato sauce over the cooked mixture before serving.
