Ingredients

  • possums
  • cold water
  • salt water
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • possums liver
  • bread crumbs
  • little chopped red pepper
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Place skinned possum in cold water for a few minutes and scrape thoroughly.
  2. Remove all glands from the possum.
  3. Put the possum in a pan and cover with salt water.
  4. Leave the possum in the refrigerator overnight.
