  • 4 to 5 lb. rump roast
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. Pour the tomato soup, soy sauce, and ginger over the rump roast in a casserole dish.
  2. Slice the onion into rings and place on top of the roast.
  3. Cover the casserole and bake at 325°F for 3.5 to 4 hours.
