Ingredients

  • few dashes of pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • meal and flour (enough to make out in patties)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo (room temperature)
  • 3 pkg. graham crackers
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 can Carnation milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon

Instructions

  1. Roll graham crackers and mix with oleo.
  2. Use one-half for the bottom crust and press into a 6 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
