Ingredients

  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • dash of paprika
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed

Instructions

  1. Spread potatoes on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Blend together onions, salt, pepper, paprika, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
  3. Spread the mixture over the potatoes.
  4. Spread crushed cornflakes on top.
  5. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
