Ingredients

  • 28 nice size prawns
  • 8 oz. butter
  • 4 oz. sherry
  • 1 oz. brandy
  • 2 Tbsp. diced onion
  • 1 tsp. diced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • pinch of white pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 oz. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Saute the diced onion, garlic, and chopped parsley in butter for one minute.
  2. Add the prawns and flame with the brandy.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for another minute.
