Ingredients

  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased jelly roll pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
