Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (18.5 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the sugar, evaporated milk, mashed pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 15 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Dot with softened butter.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 45-50 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
